Removing and installing exhaust system complete - AR49.10-P-7000E

	Remove/install
1	Remove and install bottom engine compartment paneling
2	Disconnect O₂ sensor connector (G3/2x1 or G3/3x1, G3/4x1)
3.1	Remove heat shield for steering gear pitman arm	Model 124
4	Disconnect flange connections for exhaust manifold/ catalytic converter or front exhaust system	If bolts are sluggish, or thread damaged: ↓	*BA14.10-P-1002-01B
		Replace the rivet nuts in the exhaust manifold.	AR49.10-P-5531-01DA
	Exhaust manifold altered	Model 140 RL with engine 119.97	BT14.10-P-0001-01B
5	Disconnect flange connection on transverse pipe (arrow)	Remove transverse pipe	*BA49.10-P-1003-01A
6.1	Remove carrier (10)	Engine 119.97
6.2	Unscrew nuts (6a) on left and right carrier	Engine 119.981/982
7.1	Remove left frame cross strut	Model 129	*BA61.10-P-1001-01A
8	Remove rubber mount (18)	Model 129: ↓
		Remove rubber mount on rear muffler	*WH58.30-Z-1001-19A
9	Remove complete exhaust system	Installation : Model 129 LS 60 AMG: ↓ Observe installation position of rear muffler to AMG bumper The AMG component numbers are punched on to be able to differentiate between them, see: ↓
	Remove complete exhaust system	Guidelines concerning installed position and suspension mount for the silencer	AH49.10-P-1000-02B
	Checking
10	Check rubber mount (18) and centered sealing ring (5)	Replace, if necessary.
11	Install in the reverse order
