Radius Rod: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Loosen radius rod-to-axle carrier nut. Push wheel carrier forward to unload radius rod. Remove radius rod-to-axle carrier bolt and nut. See Figure.
  2. Remove radius rod-to-wheel carrier bolt and nut. Using a puller, remove radius rod from wheel carrier. Replace radius rod assembly if rubber mounts are worn or damaged.
