1	Connect quiescent current preservation unit		*WH58.30-Z-1012-09A
2	Disconnect ground cable at battery	To protect against inadvertent contact of disconnected ground cable with ground (battery) W10, insulate cable shoe of ground cable	AR54.10-P-0003A
3	Remove cover of left wheel house recess	Models 129, 140 and 210
4.1	Open side trim in right rear	Model 124 T-model
4.2	Open side trim in left of trunk	Model 170 Model 208	AR68.30-P-4800G
5	Remove cover on CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)	Model 124 Cabriolet
6	Press back tensioning spring (arrow) on bracket and pull out CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)	Model 124 (up to approx. 02/94) except Cabriolet
	Modified CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)		BT82.70-P-9403-01A
7	Unscrew screws (18) and remove bracket (19) with CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)	Model 124 Cabriolet, 129, 140 and 202 (up to approx. 02/94)
	Modified bracket for CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)		BT82.70-P-9403-02A
8	Unscrew screws (18) and remove retainer (30) with CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)	Models 124, 129, 140 and 202 (as of approx. 03/94) Models 170, 208, 210
9	Release and remove coupling on CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)
10	Disconnect antenna cable on CTEL transmitter-receiver (A35)
11	Install in reverse order
