Removing and installing language control module switch - AR82.70-P-0002A

MODEL 140.### 1A as of 123447, 210 with CODE (813b) Voice activation system (VAS)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing     
1 Connect quiescent current preservation unit   *WH58.30-Z-1012-09A 
2 Disconnect ground cable of battery On model 210,
NOTES to protect against inadvertent contact of disconnected ground cable with ground (battery) W10, insulate cable shoe of ground cable

    On model 140 ra54001400003x
3 Remove steering wheel    
4 Remove cover below left of instrument panel On model 140 ra68001400150x
    On model 210 AR68.10-P-1500F
5 Unplug voice activation system (VAS) switch connector (S93/2x1) IMPORTANT Depending on version unplug cruise control connector  
6 Unscrew screw (1)    
7 Remove voice activation system (VAS) switch (S93/2) from jacket tube    
8 Install in reverse order
