The maintenance tag should be completed in full during each lubrication or maintenance service and affixed in the engine compartment at a clearly visible point.
Confirmations
The maintenance operations carried out should be documented in the boxes provided in front of the operation titles. It is essential to ensure that the specified individual items have been carried out in full. The initial condition of items which are not o.k. should be marked by entering a cross in the boxes after the operation titles. The mechanic carrying out the work should confirm this by his signature in the heading of the maintenance sheet.
Confirmation that the lubrication and maintenance service have been carried out at the proper date should be entered in the maintenance booklet.
