Check ease of movement of reflector and adjustment path of actuator - AR82.10-P-4011-02ZA

1. Remove housing cover of headlamp unit and detach actuator from bayonet lock by turning 45° to the left.
2. Press red locking clip off of the actuator and pull actuator off of the ball head of the pull rod.
3. Move reflector (35) by hand and check ease of movement.
4. Connect actuator to the control line.
5. Start engine and move headlamp range adjuster from position 0 to position 3.

6. Measure the stroke (a) of the piston at the actuator. If the specifications are not achieved, replace actuator.
7. Assemble in the reverse order.

When installing the actuator, always press red locking clip on again.
