4 & 6-Cylinder Gasoline Engine Belt Tensioner

With belt properly installed and routed, tighten belt tensioner adjusting nut until proper graduation mark is aligned with pointer of tensioner. See BELT TENSIONING SPECIFICATIONS table. Tighten tensioning bolt (large bolt) in center of tensioner to 55 ft. lbs. (75 N.m).
