Removing and installing auxiliary fan preresistor - AR83.30-P-5370DA

| 1 | Disconnect negative pole on battery | ||
| 2 | Unclip clips (1) | ||
| 3 | Unscrew screw clips (2) | ||
| 4 | Remove grille | ||
| 5 | Cut off electric lead directly next to auxiliary fan preresistor (R15) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew screw (4) | ||
| 7 | Remove auxiliary fan preresistor (R15) | ||
| 8 | Reinstall in opposite order | ||
| 9 | Check for proper function as follows ↓ | ||
| 10 | Disconnect coolant temperature sensor connector (B11/4) and connect resistance decade to pins 1 and 2. Set resistance decade to 310. Ω | Figure | |

| 12 | Set pushbutton control module (Automatic AC) to "AUTO" | ||
| 13 | Auxiliary fans should rotate to right |
