Vacuum elements for main air flap (43 and 44)

Air collector unit	Remove (Removal and installation of the air collector unit and water collector ).
Linkage on main air flap	Unclip (arrows).
Vacuum line	Pull off.
Each element	Unscrew one screw.
Vacuum elements (43 and 44)	Remove.
Install	In the reverse sequence.
Check	Function of system.

Heater unit	Remove (Removal and installation of heater unit ).
Vacuum line (65)	Pull off.
Control linkage	Unclip (arrow).
2 screws (60)	Unscrew.
Vacuum element	Remove.
Install	In the reverse sequence. Check function of system before installing the instrument panel.

Vacuum elements for center outlet exhaust air flap (41) or center outlet blend flap (45)

Dashboard	Remove (REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ).
Insulation mat	Remove.
Ignition starter switch	Remove (46-645).
Vacuum line(s) (65)	Pull off.
2 screws (60) for each element	Unscrew.
Vacuum element(s) (41 and/or 45)	Pull off.
Install	In the reverse sequence ensuring that the exhaust air flap (vacuum element 41) is at the left stop and/or the blend flap (vacuum element 45) is at the left stop.
