Operation No. of Job Texts and Work Units, Standard Texts and Flat Rates:
| Heater unit | Remove (Removal and installation of heater unit ). |
| Clamps (arrows) | Unclip. |
| Screws (21) | Unscrew and remove. |
| Heat exchanger (22) | Pull out upwards. |
| Pipes on heat exchanger | Disconnect and fit onto new heat exchanger using new O-rings and new plugging fork; to do this, unscrew screws (23). |
| Heater unit | Clean out inside and remove any leaked coolant. |
| Install | In the reverse sequence. |
