Function

The rear A/C refrigerant shutoff valve is controlled directly by the rear A/C pushbutton control module and shuts off the rear refrigerant circuit under the following conditions:

The rear air conditioning is switched off by turning the blower selector to the catch position.
Signal from rear air conditioning evaporator temperature sensor to rear A/C pushbutton control module (evaporator iced up)
