Function
In the manual mode the switchover valves for the footwell flaps in the valve block (Y11) are actuated by pressing the air distribution button (display
).
Pressure is present on the footwell flap vacuum elements (47, 48) and the footwell flaps are opened 100 % (= stroke B). Air flows into the front and rear foot wells through the air outlets.
In the automatic mode 2-stage actuation (stroke A/stroke B) of the footwell flap vacuum elements (47, 48) is possible depending on the temperature in the heater core.
