Function
When the cold temperature pushbutton (
) is pressed the resistance for the selected temperature assumes a corresponding value. The A/C pushbutton control module then uses it for comparison with the temperature in the passenger compartment measured by the in-car temperature sensor (B10/4).
The temperature can be reduced separately for each side of the car with the cold temperature pushbuttons (
)(not on model 129, 202).
When necessary the passenger compartment is cooled down as quickly as possible to the set temperature and then held constant.
