Auto pushbutton, function - GF83.40-P-2106-01A

Function
The automatic mode can be switched on by pressing the automatic pushbutton (
). The automatic mode is indicated to the operator by the following display:
- The temperature values set for the left and right sides are displayed continuously
- The blower symbol (
) is displayed with the abbreviation AUTO for automatic
In the automatic mode the air quantity and air distribution functions are controlled automatically.
The defroster, footwell and blend flaps are controlled depending on the temperature measured by the heater core temperature sensors.
Exception:
Control of the diverter flap is accomplished depending on the average deviation between the interior air temperature sensor and outdoor temperature.
