Unlocking vehicle - GF80.30-P-3000B

When a valid infrared signal is received the vehicle is "unlocked", when it was previously "locked". "Unlocking" is confirmed by the "green" confirmation lamp in the receiver actuated by the IR remote control key.

Continuous actuation of the remote control results in emergency opening of the side windows, when the windows were closed with the convenience feature immediately before. The "green" confirmation lamp comes on as long as the remote control is actuated.

If the vehicle is opened manually at one of the lock cylinders in the front doors or trunk, the vehicle is unlocked and the windows are opened with the emergency opening feature, where applicable.

The "green" confirmation lamp does not come on.

Special functions

If the key is still in the ignition/starter switch (S2/1), the remote control has no function:

when the ignition is ON
for approx. 2 seconds after switching off the ignition.
