Removal and installation of front passenger's seat cushion - ra91001400114x(0114)

Model 140 

Preliminary work:

Front passenger seat removed (Removal and installation of passenger's seat  )

Cover on seat guide rails removed

Screw (arrow) on panelling (3) screw out and remove panelling (3) to the front.
Screw (arrow) on finisher (4) screw out and remove finisher (4) to the front.
Terminal strip (5) and handle (6) on cushion frame screw out.
Rubber tensioners (arrows) of cloth apron detach.
Cable to belt buckle on cushion frame unclip (2 clips).
Screws on left and right of seat frame screw out (4 pieces) Nm: 10.
Seat cushion (7) remove toward front.
Reinstall in opposite order.

Removal, installation 

  1. Screw out screw (arrow) on panelling (3).
  2. Remove panelling (3) toward front.

  3. Screw out screw (arrow at rear) on finisher (4) and remove finisher toward front.

  4. Unscrew terminal strip (5) and handle (6) from cushion frame.
  5. Unhook rubber tensioners (arrows) on cushion frame.
  6. Expose cable to belt buckle (2 Ω clips).

  7. Screw out screws (arrows).

    Tightening torque: 10 Nm.

  8. Screw out screws (arrows).

    Tightening torque: 10 Nm.

  9. Remove seat cushion (7) from seat frame (8) toward front.
  10. Reinstall in opposite order.
