REMOVAL OF AUTOMATIC SEAT BELT HEIGHT ADJUSTOR
| Seat | adjust upwards to the rear and front. |
| Cap (4) | remove in backwards direction. |
| Clamp (5) | twist approx 90° and remove. |
| End of pulley | remove from fixed bracket by pressing the locking device together. |
| Seat | adjust upwards to the rear and front. |
| Floor mat with backing | lift up. |
| Screw (1) on pulley attachment (2) | unscrew. |
| Front seat | loosen and lift, expose pulley and remove. |
| Seat | adjust forwards. |
| Entry rails | remove. |
| Facing on center pillar | push out. |
| 2 screws (6) on bottom of center pillar facing (7) | unscrew and remove facing in upward direction. |
| Clips on center pillar facing (8) | press in with screwdriver (arrow). |
| Harness guide (9) | remove with screwdriver (arrow). |
| Harness | press out of clips (13, 14). |
| Residual travel spring with bracket (15) | remove in downward direction. |
| Seat belt guide bracket (10) | unscrew. |
| Screw (11) on seat belt height adjustor (12) | unscrew. |
Installation Note
The pulley attachment points (2, 13, 14) are to be marked in white.
Carry out performance check: adjust seat forwards and backwards: seat belt height adjustor should adjust accordingly.
