Clamp rear axle center assembly in assembly frame - AR35.31-P-0540-06B

Rear axle center assembly with 168 mm dia. ring gear

1. Place rear axle center assembly in assembly stand (054) 201 589 03 31 00 and clamp with Allen bolts (054g) and hexagon bolts (054f). If necessary, insert commercially available shims (054h) to correct the height difference of approx. 13.5 mm between the mounting bolt (054i) and the rear axle housing.
  Ensure that the rear axle center assembly is properly seated in the assembly stand (054) 201 589 03 31 00(arrow). The left front mounting post (arrow) is only required for support.

2. Insert rear axle differential in assembly stand (054) 129 589 00 31 00 and clamp securely with supports (054a, 054b) from supports 211 589 01 31 00.

3. Insert rear axle differential in assembly stand (054) 129 589 00 31 00 and clamp securely.
  To do this, use upper support (054c) and lower support (054d) from supports (2 pieces) 140 589 40 63 00.

4. Insert rear axle differential in assembly stand (054) 129 589 00 31 00 and clamp securely with support (054a) part 15 and spacer washer (054e) part 10 from 220 589 01 63 00.

5. Insert rear axle differential in assembly stand (054) 129 589 00 31 00 and clamp securely with support (054a) part 15 from 220 589 01 63 00 (arrows).

6. Insert rear axle differential in assembly stand (054) 129 589 00 31 00 and clamp securely.
  To do this, use mounting bolt (054k), upper support (054l) and lower support (054m) from 220 589 01 63 00.
