Installing differential side gears and differential bevel gears - AR35.31-P-0560-04A

Insert assembly arbors (046) into drill holes of differential housing.
Mount both rear axle side gears (17) with thrust plates (18) on the assembly arbor (046) in the differential case.

Insert the two differential pinions (15) and spherical washers (14) together and exactly opposite in the differential case and position using assembly arbor (046).

Instead of the differential pinion shaft, push the assembly arbor (021) for fixing differential pinions (15) and spherical washers (14) in position into the differential case.
With 185 mm dia. ring gear, use assembly arbor (021)123 589 06 15 00.

With 198 mm dia. ring gear, use assembly arbor (021)126 589 02 15 00.
