Vehicles with ASD or 4MATIC
1 Identification plate for limited slip differential.

NOTE:
The vehicle must be level to change or check the oil level.

| Rear axle | check for leakage. |
|
NOTE:
In the event of high oil loss, determine cause and eliminate on separate order.

| Oil filler plug (arrow) | screw out, screw in, tightening torque 50 Nm. |
| Oil level | check. The oil level is okay when a small quantity of oil flows out, or when the oil level reaches up to the bottom edge of the thread in the filler hole, add oil, if required (see table for oil grades). |
