The glass sphere of the bulbs should not be touched with naked fingers; always use a soft, grease-free cloth.
When installing, ensure the bulbs are correctly seated.

When working on the headlamp unit ensure that the lights are switched off.
Lethal danger, high voltage
Never touch any conductive parts in the headlamp unit when the lamps are switched on.
NOTE:
If the xenon bulb (low beam) is defective, the headlamp unit must be replaced.
| Housing cover (14) | remove, reattach.
NOTE:
Check gasket (7) for damage, ensure that gasket is properly seated when reinstalling.

| Retaining clip (16) | open, close. |
