Removing and installing actuator for headlamp unit with standard headlamps - ra82001404301x(4301)

Model 140 - A. Up to approx. 02/94, B. From approx. 03/94
A. Actuator up to approx. 02/94
| Cover (1) | take off, fit on. |
| Locking clamp (2) | fold open, close. |
| Housing cover (3) | take off, fit on. |
| Reflector (4) | move fully upward at the adjusting screw (5). |
| Red locking clip (7) | unclip from positioning element (6), clip in place. |
| Positioning element (6) | turn to left through 45° and remove, insert and turn to right 45°. |
| Pneumatic line (8) | disconnect, connect. |
| Headlamps | adjust (Maintenance manual volume 3). |
B. Actuator as of approx. 03/94
Preliminary work:
Headlamp unit removed (82 4730)
When reinstalling the positioning element (4) always reinstall the red retaining clip (5).
