Insure accessibility for authorized persons only.
Danger of injury by contacting skin or eyes with brake fluid
When brake fluid comes into contact with unprotected skin it can cause irritations. The use of protective clothing such as rubber gloves can prevent this. If rubber gloves can not be worn, then the following points should be observed:
- Skin contact with brake fluid should be as brief as possible.
Immediately wash affected skin with soap and water.
- Change wet clothing as soon as possible.
If brake fluid gets into the eyes, rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean water.
If an eye irritation occurs, consult an eye doctor.
