Replacement of the anti-jerk control (ARA) - ra07016021856x(1856)

Operation no. of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates: 07-1856

Screws (6b) remove, install (use TORX T30).
Bracket (6c) remove, install.
Actuator (Y22/3) remove, install, electrical connection must point upwards.
O-ring (161) renew.
Lifting rod (163) insert in new actuators.

Repair instructions on renewing the ARA actuators 

When renewing the ARA actuators the old lifting rod (163) must be installed in the new actuators.

This ensures that the play "b" is correct. In the event of a defective lifting rod (163) the injection pump must be set on the test stand.
