Place new friction plates in ATF fluid 1 hour before installation.
- Assemble lamella for the multi-disk brake B3 in the sequence shown in the picture and insert individually.
- Using a feeler gage, measure the clearance "L" at three points between the snap ring (133a) and externally toothed plate (133c).
For the measuring procedure the snap ring (133a) must abut the upper contact surface of the groove in the external plate carrier.
- with snap ring (133a), adjust if necessary.
Snap rings are available in thicknesses of 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm
