- A modified control pressure cable installed has been installed on automatic transmissions 722.3/4/5 phased in as of 07/93.
- To reduce the transmission versions, the automatic transmissions are equipped with a control pressure cable of a standardized design. The control pressure cable with 2 vacuum actuators in the plastic housing is also used for transmissions which do not need the two vacuum actuators.
The vacuum connection which is not needed is to be sealed to prevent contamination with a blind plug (5).
- It is also to be noted that the vent connection on the vacuum connection is provided with a cap (6).
