Removing and installing air-to-oil cooler - ra180c1041300x(1300)

C. Model 140 with air-to-oil cooling 

Preceding work:

Bottom engine compartment panel removed

(Maintenance Manual 6190)

Operation no. of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates:

18-6820

Oil pipes (1) at air-to-oil cooler unbolt, bolt on (30 Nm).
Bolts unscrew, screw on.
Metal holder remove, install.
Air-to-oil cooler lift out from mounting points, insert.
Leaks check when engine warm.
NOTE: The oil circulates in the air-to-oil cooler (2) once the thermostat valve in the oil filter opens.
Oil level check, adjust to correct level (18-0020) .
