Connecting and disconnecting tester at rear axle level controller - AR32.30-P-0530-01A

Render the hydraulic system pressureless before commencing work on system. Wear protective clothing and eye protection.

Connect tester on Models 140, 210

Install test hose (038e) and bleed screws (038n) on distributor (038r) of the tester (038).

Unscrew drain plug from suspension-control module (3).
Use test hose (038e) to connect tester (038) to fitting (S2) on suspension-control module (3).

Connecting tester on Models 202, 203.2, 208

Install test hose (038g) and bleed screws (038n) on distributor (038r) of the tester (038).

Unscrew drain plug from suspension-control module (3).
Use test hose (038g) to connect tester (038) to fitting (A) on suspension-control module (3).

Disconnect tester, Models 140, 202, 203.2, 208, 210

Attach discharge hose to the bleed screw (038n) on the tester (038).
Slowly open the bleed screw (038n) and allow the fluid to drain into a clean container.
The fluid can subsequently be refilled into the system for continued use.
Reclose the bleed screw (038n).
Disconnect tester (038) with test hose.
Screw the drain plug back into the suspension-control module (3), tightening to specified torque.
