Removing and installing torsion bar on rear axle - AR32.20-P-0315B

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation    
NOTES Replace self-locking bolts.    
1 Remove rear axle center piece.   AR35.31-P-0520A
2 Remove torsion bar connecting rods (78). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (78a) *BA32.20-P-1001-04B 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (78b) *BA32.20-P-1002-04B 
3 Remove fixing clamps (77b). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (77c) *BA32.20-P-1003-04B 
DANGER Risk of explosion  due to vapors igniting, risk of poisoning  from inhaling fuel vapors and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  due to fuel coming into contact with the skin and eyes. Fire, sparks, naked flame and smoking forbidden.
Only pour fuels into suitable, appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.		 AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
4 Unclip, disconnect fuel hose from fuel tank to fuel pump.    
5.1 Remove intermediate lever (81). Vehicles with level control code 480 or level control on rear axle with ADS code 217
NOTESInstallation:  The face on the intermediate lever (81) must align with the face on the torsion bar (77) (arrow).
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (81e)		 *BA32.20-P-1004-04B 
6 Remove torsion bar (77). IMPORTANTInstallation:  Align torsion bar (77).  
7 Pull rubber mount (77a) off torsion bar (77). IMPORTANTInstallation:  Smear inside of rubber mount (77a) with lubricant. *BR00.45-Z-1002-06A 
8 Install in reverse sequence.
