Removing and installing poly V-belt - AR13.22-P-1202AO

	Removing, installing
1	Remove viscous fan		AR20.40-P-5660AO
2	Use size 14 wrench to slacken tensioning pulley (1) as far as a stop but not further (direction of arrow)
3	Take off poly V-belt (12)
4	Inspect belt pulleys and tensioning device for signs of damage and dirt, replace if necessary	E.g. worn bearing points of tensioning device, dents in belt pulleys
5	Fit on poly V-belt beginning at tensioning pulley (1) and vibration damper (2)	Do not use belt wax or similar products. Running diagram see ↓

6	Inspect seat of poly V-belt (12) on the belt pulleys	The position marking (P) is located in the working range (A) if the length of the poly V-belt (12) and the tensioning device are in order
7	Install in the reverse order
