	Removing, installing
1	Remove left cross brace (36), remove with reinforcing plate (36a)		*BA61.10-P-1001-01A

		3	Remove exhaust shield (105c)
4	Remove tunnel closing panel (33)		*BA61.10-P-1002-01A
5	Detach reinforcement bridge (34)		*BA61.10-P-1003-01A
6	Loosen clamping nut (3) of the propeller shaft	Models 129.058/060/061/063 and model 129.066 up to 29.6.92 Loosen clamping nut by approx. one turn, do not push back the rubber boot (the rubber boot slides with it).	Fig 2
		Installation  : Tighten clamping nut of propeller shaft, pay attention to correct fit of the rubber boot. Comply with technical change ↓	*BA41.10-P-1003-01A

7	Disassemble front propeller shaft at the transmission	The flexible disk remains on the propeller shaft

8	Disassemble rear propeller shaft at the rear axle center piece assembly	The flexible disk remains on the propeller shaft

9	Loosen fitted sleeves of flexible disks		AR41.10-P-0050-09DA
	Drift for loosening the fitted sleeves in the flexible disks		WF58.50-P-4110-01A
10	Unscrew bolts (7a) of the propeller shaft intermediate bearing	Installation  : Do not tighten bolts (7a) until the flexible disks have been fastened to the transmission and rear axle center piece assembly.	*BA41.40-P-1001-01A
11	Disconnect propeller shaft from centering pin on transmission and rear axle and remove rearwards	Installation  : Pack cavities of both plastic or composite material centering bushes with multi-purpose grease.	*BF41.10-P-1001-01A
12	Separate front and rear propeller shafts, if necessary	Installation  : Coat splined shaft section with Molykote grease ↓ Specifications for Service Products, sheet 266.2
		Assemble propeller shaft	AR41.10-P-0050-05DA
	Checking
13	Check flexible disk, centering sleeves and propeller shaft intermediate bearing for wear	If necessary, replace →
		Remove and install propeller shaft intermediate bearing and replace deep-grooved ball bearing	AR41.10-P-0100DA
		Replace centering sleeve	AR41.10-P-0200DA
14	Install in reverse sequence
Installation	Replace self-locking bolts and nuts
