	Remove
1	Prepare glue cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-07P
		Repair kit	*BR00.45-Z-1015-02A
2	Remove right side trim panel in rear		AR68.30-P-4780A
3	Remove paneling on C-pillar		AR68.30-P-4490EA
4	Remove rear roof frame paneling		AR68.30-P-4470A
5	Disconnect connector (2) from antenna amplifier (A2/18) and glass breakage sensor on side window (3) and fasten to side window (3) with adhesive tape	Right side window is without electric connectors
6	Remove molding from bottom of side window (3)		Fig 2
7	Remove C-pillar cover		Fig 2
8	Remove top cover		Fig 2
9	Remove all spacers from welding pins
	Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out glued windows	Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
10	Cut side window (3) out with cutting blade	Secure side window (3) with the aid of an assistant to prevent it from dropping down	AR67.30-P-4050-01E

	Install
12	Prepare body flange for installation of window		AR67.10-P-1501-01P

13	Replace rubber spacers and spacers		AR67.30-P-4050-02E
14	Prepare window for installation		AR67.10-P-1000-03P
15	Align side window in body opening		AR67.30-P-4050-04E
16	Apply glue		AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Betagun 2K electric cartridge gun Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm Install window within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease	*WH58.30-Z-1002-20A
17	Installing side window		AR67.30-P-2305-03E
			*WE58.40-Z-1029-11A
		The curing time is approx. 1 hour from the time the window is installed Open a crank window in the vehicle to prevent the window from being pressed outward by air pressure when the door is closed.
18	Install top cover
19	Install cover on C-pillar
20	Install molding at bottom of side window
21	Connect connector (2) on antenna amplifier (A2/18) and glass breakage sensor on side window (3)
22	Install rear roof frame paneling		AR68.30-P-4470A
23	Install paneling on C-pillar		AR68.30-P-4490EA
24	Install side paneling in rear		AR68.30-P-4780A
