Checking reflector for easy motion - AR82.10-P-4012-01A

Models 170, 202, 210 except 

Move headlamp range control to position 0

1. Remove housing cover for headlamp unit. (Models 170, 210)

   To remove housing cover remove air cleaner on right and washing water reservoir on left on vehicles with headlamp cleaning system code 600a. (Model 210)

2. Release actuator (41) from bayonet catch by turning 45°.

   To loosen right actuator, remove air intake pipe (Model 170, 202)

3. Move reflector (35) by hand, indirectly by moving actuator and check for easy motion.

   The figure shows the headlamp unit in model 210. However, the test sequence is the same for models 170 and 202.
