Removing and installing headlamp unit - AR82.10-P-4730ED

	Removal, installation
1	Open engine hood, move to vertical position		AR88.40-P-1000E
2	Unclip left turn signal lamp (E6/1), pull toward front	Installation:  The two pins (17) must be inserted into the guide.
3	Remove wiper arm (24)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
4	Unscrew screws (26)
5	Unscrew screw (35)
6	Carefully pull cover (25) forward
N	Unscrew screws (22, 27, 28, 29)	To remove the left screw (28) unclip the radiator covering between the lamp unit and radiator and remove. Unclip small cover (square) below air intake pipe on right side.
8	Pull off electrical connector (30)
9	Pull off pneumatic line (33) from headlamp range adjustment
10	Remove headlamp unit (E1) toward front	Cover bumper to protect from scratches and gashes with rag.
11	Pull off hose (32)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
12	Separate connector (M6/2x1)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
13	Install in opposite order
14	Check headlamp adjustment
	Check and correct headlamp adjustment	MODEL 124, 129, 140, 163, 202 MODEL 170, 208, 210 except CODE (491) USA version	AP82.10-P-8260A
15	Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).	AR82.15-P-5500-02E
