Removing and installing headlamp reflector - AR82.10-P-2850EB

	Removal
1	Remove headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4730ED
2	Remove bulbs in headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1201ED
3	Remove lens on headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1820EB
		Do not reach into reflector
4	Unclip frame (34) from housing
5	Remove adjusting element in headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4301EB
6	Remove headlamp reflector (35) from guides in housing (36)	For this purpose turn headlamp adjustment screws (39) as uniformly as possible until reflector can be removed
	Installation
7	Position headlamp reflector (35) into guides in housing (36)	Turn both headlamp adjustment screws (39) as uniformly as possible until reflector is screwed in approx. half way
8	Install adjusting element in headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4301EB
9	Clip frame (34) into housing
10	Install lens on headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1820EB
11	Install bulbs in headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1201ED
12	Install headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4730ED
13	Check headlamp adjustment, correct		AP82.10-P-8260A
