Removing and installing adjusting element in the headlamp unit - AR82.10-P-4301EB

	Removal
1	Open engine hood, move to upright position		AR88.40-P-1000E
2	Remove headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4730ED
3	Remove lens on headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1820EB
4	Turn bayonet catch for adjusting element (18) 45° and pull out carefully until red retaining clip is visible	To remove the adjusting element remove right air intake pipe
5	Press off red retaining clip in direction of reflector with suitable tool
6	Pull adjusting element (18) off of ball head on reflector
	Installation
7	Insert adjusting element (18) into bayonet catch and turn 45°	Do not reach into reflector Hold headlamp reflector with clean rag and ensure that ball head engages audibly
8	Press on red retaining clip	Use suitable tools, e.g. two screwdrivers, to press retaining clip on from front between reflector and housing
9	Install lens on headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-1820EB
10	Install headlamp unit		AR82.10-P-4730ED
11	Check headlamp adjustment, correct		AP82.10-P-8260A
