Removing and installing torsion bar on rear axle - AR32.20-P-0315A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
NOTES Replace self-locking bolts and nuts    
1 Remove rear axle.   AR35.10-P-0010C
2 Remove connecting rod (78). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (78a) *BA32.20-P-1001-04A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut (78b) *BA32.20-P-1002-04A 
3 Remove fixing clamps (77b). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt (77c) *BA32.20-P-1003-04A 
4 Remove torsion bar (77). IMPORTANTInstallation  : Center the torsion bar (77).  
5 Remove rubber mount (77a) from torsion bar (77).    
6.1 Remove intermediate linkage (81) from torsion bar (77). Model 129 with adaptive damping system (ADS) with level control, code 216.
NOTESInstallation  : The flat on the intermediate linkage (81) must align with the flat on the torsion bar (76) (arrow).
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nuts (81b, 81e) *BA32.20-P-1004-04A 
7 Install in reverse order.
