Removing and installing control valve for multi-contour seat - AR91.25-P-1710C

MODEL 129 as of 1.9.95 with CODE (404a) Multi-contour seat, left with CODE (405a) Multi-contour seat, right

	Removing, installing
1	Remove seat cushion (1)	Disconnect pneumatic connector for squab length adjustment (2), by pressing apart locking clip (arrows) using a small screwdriver	ra91001290055x
2	Pry pneumatic line for pressure supply (3) off pneumatic line (4)	With open-end wrench (WAF 7)
3	Untie pneumatic line for pressure supply (3) which is connected to the line set for seat adjustment
4	Remove backrest upholstery (5)	Push foam pad (6) towards backrest upholstery (5) Pry out pneumatic connectors for multi-contour seat backrest (7) using an open-end wrench (WAF 7) Installation  : Color assignment of pneumatic connectors for multi-contour seat backrest (7): red on red green on black transparent on grey	ra91001290055x
5	Unhook pneumatic line set for multi-contour seat backrest (8) from bracket (9)
6	Unscrew bolt (10)
7	Press in locking clip (11) at control valve for multi-contour seat (12) using a small screwdriver
8	Remove control valve for multi-contour seat (12) upwards out of the trim (13)
9	Install in reverse order
10	Check function of multi-contour seat
