Removing and installing cover on front seat cushion - RA91001290180X(91-180)
Front seat cushion removed (91-055)
Operation no. of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates
| Seat cushion (1) | lay down on suitable surface with cover pointing down. |
| Seat cover (4) | pull out of insert channel all the way around while compressing cushion frame to relieve tension on cover. |
| Velcro fastener | unfasten on left and right sides and remove front foam rubber pad from cushion frame (glued). |
| Cushion frame (6) | remove from rubberized fiber matting (5). |
| Holding clamps (7) 15 each | unhook from upholstery wire with hook tool, part no. 201 589 11 33 00. |
| Seat cushion (4) | remove from rubberized fiber matting (5). |
| Reinstall | in opposite order. |
