Limit Switch (S84/1 - Top Locked At Front): Adjustment

NOTE: Adjustment procedure is only possible with top tester produced by Bara-Electronic.
  1. Connect top tester (Bara-Electronic).
  2. Check adjustment 3 times.
  3. Expose front lock.
  4. Remove screws (arrows). See Figure .
  5. Raise lock and place plastic wedge underneath.
  6. Remove screw (1). See Figure .
  7. Make adjustment by moving limit switch in elongated hole (traverse).
  8. Actual dimension less than nominal value: With limit switch downwards in elongated hole travel.
  9. Actual dimension more than nominal value: With limit switch upwards in elongated hole travel.
  10. Adjustment with top tester. Again check adjustment (recommended check at least 3 times).
  11. Install in reverse order.
