Adjustment (Without Marked Switching Ranges (X, Y & Z)
NOTE:
Two adjustment procedures are available dependent on visual inspection. Vehicles with catches marked with switching ranges (X, Y & Z), and vehicles without marked ranges (X, Y & Z). Inspect caches for appropriate procedure. For vehicles with marked ranges, See ADJUSTMENT (WITH MARKED SWITCHING RANGES (X, Y & Z)

NOTE:
During procedures the numbers in parentheses, within steps, correspond to numbers inside the illustration(s). The word arrow(s) in parentheses, within steps, is used to point out specific components or movement.
- Cut paper strips according to drawing and marks as indicated. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
- Glue paper strips to catch so that upper edge of rotating lock (5) forms a line with the main catch (X) in the locked state (press upward with thumb to eliminate play). See Figure . Continue adjustment as if catches were supplied with marks. Go to step 1 under ADJUSTMENT (WITH MARKED SWITCHING RANGES (X, Y & Z).
