Soft Top Manual Actuation: Notes
WARNING:
DO NOT place your hands near the roll bar, soft top frame, upper windshield area or soft top storage compartment while the soft top is being locked. Serious personal injury may occur.
CAUTION:
DO NOT attempt to force power convertible top up or down, if power convertible top does not move freely. Power convertible top or linkage could be damaged.
NOTE:
In case of malfunction, the power soft top can also be raised manually. This procedure should be performed by 2 persons. A combination open-end/Allen-head wrench in the vehicle tool kit is required for this job.
NOTE:
During removal and installation procedures the numbers in parentheses, within steps, correspond to numbers inside the illustration(s). The word arrow(s) in parentheses, within steps, is used to point out specific components or movement.
