Disassembly and assembly of door liner - RA72001290103X(72-103)
Preliminary jobs:
Door liner removed (72-100) .
Operation number of the operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates respectively
| Door liner | lay down on front side against suitable surface. |
| Nuts (1, 2) on handle, top | screw off. |
| Phillip's screws (18) | screw out (14 each). |
| Door pocket (4) | remove from door liner (7) together with cover (5), reinforcement panel (6) and handle (17). |
| Lock linkage | remove. |
| Nuts (3, 4) on handle (17), bottom | screw off and remove handle (17) from door pocket. |
| Cover (5) | disassemble, for this purpose screw out screws (16) (7 each). |
| Clamps (8) for air baffle (9) | press off (13 each), remove air baffle. |
| Loudspeaker covers (10 and 11) | remove. For this purpose press off clamp (12) with two screwdrivers. |
| Air baffle (13) | press off. |
| Door liner clips (14) | remove (8 each). |
| Tab on trim strip (15) Install in reverse order. | bend straight and remove trim strip (15). |
