Headlight Switch Test

NOTE: Information is not available from manufacturer for testing light failure monitoring unit and daytime running lights.
  1. Remove switch from panel. See HEADLIGHT SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With headlight switch in full ON position, check for continuity between switch terminal No. 30 (input voltage source) and terminals No. 56, 58R, and 58L.
  2. Also when headlight switch in full ON position, continuity should exist between terminals K30 and K. If switch does not function as described, replace switch.
