Hazard Warning Switch Test

  1. Remove hazard switch. See HAZARD WARNING SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With switch in normal position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 15 and 49, and between terminals No. 31 and 58 (for bulb illumination).
  2. With switch in hazard flashing position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 30 and 49, and between terminals No. 49A, R, L and 31. Terminal No. 30 is input voltage terminal when switch is engaged.
