Removing and installing air cushions in multi-contour backrest - AR91.25-P-1740C

MODEL 129 as of 1.9.95 with CODE (404a) multi-contour seat, left with CODE (405a) multi-contour seat, right

	Removing, installing
1	Remove seat cushion (1)	Disconnect pneumatic connector for squab length adjustment (2), by pressing apart locking clip (arrows) using a small screwdriver	ra91001290055x
2	Remove backrest upholstery (5)	Push foam pad (6) towards backrest upholstery (5) Pry out pneumatic connectors for multi-contour seat backrest (7) using an open-end wrench (WAF 7) Installation  : Color assignment of pneumatic connectors for multi-contour seat backrest (7): red on red green on black transparent on grey	ra91001290055x
3	Unhook backrest upholstery cover all round the backrest frame (9)
4	Turn down rubberized hair support (10) on backrest frame (9)
5	Remove backrest frame (9) from rubberized hair support (10)
6	Unhook reinforcement plate with height adjustment air cushion (11) at the top and bottom of the backrest frame (9) and remove
7	Open line straps (12) for left lateral support air cushion (13) and right lateral support air cushion (14)
8	Cut off fixing plugs (15) for left lateral support air cushion (13) or fixing plugs (16) for right lateral support air cushion (14)
9	Remove left lateral support air cushion (13) or right lateral support air cushion (14) from backrest frame (9)
10	Install in reverse order	Before installing, apply pressure to air cushion (max. 200 mbar) and check for leaks
11	Check function of multi-contour seat
