Adjusting low beam - AP82.10-P-8260-01B

Model 129 

1. Adjust according to adjusting unit used.

   Models 124, 140 and 202 

2. When adjusting the height, the air bubble in the level (7) must be at the "0" mark.

3. For lateral adjustment the inclined line (5) should start below the center mark (6) on the horizontal line (4).

4. After adjusting low beams, push adjustment sleeve (arrow) upward to "0" mark and allow to catch.

   Model 140  (up to MY 94) setting adjustment scale

5. After adjusting low beams, unclip slide (11), set to "0" mark and clip back in, secure with retaining paint.

   Model 140 sedan  (as of MY 95), model 140 coupe  and model 202  setting adjustment scale

   After adjusting low beams, unhook clip (8) on inside of lamp unit, set end of pin (9) to "0" mark and secure with securing paint.

   On model 140 sedan (as of MY 95) an adhesive foil was used instead of the clip (8).
