Suspension - Rear (Trailing Arm): Description

Mercedes-Benz independent rear suspension consists of coil springs and semi-trailing arms. Axle shafts serve as upper control arms. Wheel hubs are supported by semi-trailing arms which run forward to pivot on rear axle carrier, attached to body. Shock absorbers are mounted inside coil springs and attached to body on top and to semi-trailing arms at bottom.
