Vacuum Control Valve: 190D
- Remove air cleaner and air distributor housing. Loosen vacuum control valve Allen head screws. Turn vacuum control valve clockwise as far as possible and hold in this position. See Fig 1 .
- Apply full throttle until throttle lever of injection pump rests against full throttle stop, this will turn vacuum control valve back (counterclockwise).
