Horn Pad & Steering Wheel: Installation

Prior to steering wheel installation, ensure scribe mark on shaft is straight up. Position wheel on shaft with spokes horizontal. Install retaining nut (with spring washer) and tighten to 36 ft. lbs. (5 mkg).
